When you call, talk to Jo, or fill out the request form, we collect your name, phone number, the address of the garage, and what you tell us about the door. If you send us a text, we keep the message so we can help you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except the tools we use to run the business, like our scheduling and messaging software.
